TruCal offers formulation versatility with its clean flavor and various particle sizes. Size distribution of particulates can affect the solubility, appearance, stability, and mouthfeel of the final product.
The larger particles of TruCal D50 offers excellent solubility in acidic environments, whereas TruCal D7's fine particle size means that it is suitable for use in more neutral environments while also optimizing mouthfeel and suspension stability. TruCal's flexibility permits fortification of a wide variety of applications targeting a wide range of consumer groups, from children to elderly.
